Biggest downsides of living in Liberty?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a 44-year-old lawyer and You can expect to pay around $882 for rent here. The median home value here is around $150,500, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 6.3%, which is concerning. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Good schools
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- High property taxes
- Homelessness issues downtown
- Not enough green space
Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
