Should I move to Liberty Triangle or stay in St. Louis?
Alright, You can expect to pay around $1,789 for rent here. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Cedar Grove. It's better than expected for what you get.
Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in government. If you're in construction you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like Mexican.
Hope this helps!.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much growing but now it's decent.
