Alright, I'm originally from St. Louis and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $278,600, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
