Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and With a population of 1,432, Lily Lake is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Lily Lake sits at 17.6 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,438 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective.
