Couple moving to Limestone Creek from out of state

Anyone else feel this way? Poverty rate is 12.3%, which is around average. With a population of 1,606, Limestone Creek is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Limestone Creek?

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value public transit, you'll love it. The cost of living is genuinely hit or miss and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. My neighborhood (West) is affordable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Atlanta, be prepared for the culture shock. walkability is completely different here. And Dating scene is rough.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
