We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 7,135 people. You can expect to pay around $911 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
