Charlotte Reed best-worst Apr 10, 2026

Curious what people think. I'm a 35-year-old sales rep and It's a a smaller city city with about 51,629 people. Homes are going for about $628,500 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.
