Best coffee shops in Lincoln?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $69,991 in Lincoln. Rent is about $1,045/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider — Lincoln sits at 383.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,045 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? Thanks for reading. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening
- The job market scene is solid

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
