Pros and cons of Lincoln after 4 years

Been meaning to ask this. You can expect to pay around $1,045 for rent here. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Moved here from Houston about 11 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to food scene but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
