Commute times in Lincoln Park -how bad?

Poverty rate is 17.2%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Greenfield area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
