Lincoln Park vs Las Vegas -which is better?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and With a population of 10,901, Lincoln Park is a small town. Median household income is $119,000, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,824 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The cultural scene is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Sunset for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good internet infrastructure
- The dating scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Hope this helps!.
