OK so I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $419,500 on average. Median household income is $119,000, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,824 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
