Random thought, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $632,200 on average. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
