Is Lincolnwood a good place to live?

Alright, I'm originally from San Diego and It's a a small town city with about 13,179 people. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $107,950 in Lincolnwood. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
