Best neighborhoods in Linda

Random thought, With a population of 23,215, Linda is a small town. The median home value here is around $337,700, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I've lived in Eastside for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The food scene scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
