Most overrated things about Linda

OK so I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 18.9%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'm a project manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
