Is Lindenwold a good place to live?

Alright, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 21.2%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Friendly people
- Nice parks and trails
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Boring for young people
- Poor road conditions
- Far from major airports
- Homelessness issues downtown
Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.
