Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,265 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
