Most overrated things about Lindenwold

Hey, I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,265 for rent here. Poverty rate is 21.2%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 21,534, Lindenwold is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

I've lived in Springfield for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities
- The walkability scene is tough

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Hope this helps!.
