Commute times in Lindsay -how bad?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and Homes are going for about $268,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 12,572 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Lindsay? Cheers. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
