What Lino Lakes does better than anywhere else

Hello, I've been here for 16 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Lino Lakes sits at 86.7 per 100K. Household incomes average around $121,800 in Lino Lakes. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Riverside. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in engineering. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Eastside. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in marketing. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
