Is Linton Hall getting better or worse?

I'm originally from Tucson and Rent is about $2,613/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $594,200, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a writer who relocated here from Seattle about 15 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Good internet infrastructure
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Dating scene is rough
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are affordable, gas is improving.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I work in retail here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is average. Feel free to reach out with questions..
