Most overrated things about Linton Hall

Hello, We're a young couple and Rent is about $2,613/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Linton Hall sits at 49.9 per 100K. Household incomes average around $170,989 in Linton Hall. The median home value here is around $594,200, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Downtown. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in government. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..
