Anyone work in healthcare in Lionville?

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Lionville sits at 239.3 per 100K. Rent is about $1,814/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to LA it's challenging.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
