Best apartments in Lionville under ?

Born and raised here. Median household income is $96,381, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 7,091 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in South. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in consulting. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
