Alright, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $106,173 in Lisle. With a population of 23,413, Lisle is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Lisle sits at 38.3 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.
