Best neighborhoods to rent in Litchfield Beach?

The median home value here is around $409,100, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? Any help is appreciated. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Good luck with whatever you decide..
