My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
