What surprised you most about Lititz?

Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $264,600, which seems about average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
