Best neighborhoods to rent in Little Canada?

Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $71,370 in Little Canada. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Moved here from Raleigh about 7 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Hope this helps!.

Bought a house here in 2021 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
