The good and bad of living in Little Canada

Hey folks, Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for school and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The housing market is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
