Best neighborhoods in Little Falls

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $46,284, which feels on the lower side for the area. You can expect to pay around $740 for rent here. Homes are going for about $198,100 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I've lived in South for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- The public transit scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Feel free to reach out with questions..

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Sunset area are average. Kids love it here.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
