Little Rock quality of life — am I missing something?

Just moved here 16 months ago and It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
