Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $221,200 on average. Poverty rate is 12.7%, which is around average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
