Anyone regret moving to Little Silver?

Hey, Homes are going for about $870,700 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.
