Best areas to explore in Littleton?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $1,731 for rent here. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Littleton sits at 88.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $596,700 on average. The median home value here is around $596,700, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Fairview area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The housing market is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
