Best neighborhoods in Littleton

Median household income is $96,611, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Cedar Grove. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The walkability is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
