Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Homes are going for about $596,700 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Littleton sits at 88.1 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
