Best neighborhoods in Live Oak

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks in advance! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much affordable but now it's challenging.
