Curious what people think. I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $227,800, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $78,092, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
