Curious what people think. We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Live Oak? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
