With a population of 15,875, Live Oak is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 15,875 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
