Alright, Rent is about $2,640/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $1,038,600, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in East area are solid. Kids love it here.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
