Is it worth buying in Livermore?

OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Italian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Hot take but it's been a really good experience overall. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.
