Been living here since 2006. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 85,870 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
