Thinking about relocating to Livermore from Boston

Curious what people think. Household incomes average around $153,602 in Livermore. Homes are going for about $1,038,600 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,640 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Livermore sits at 211.1 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Eastside side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
