Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 13 months ago and Median household income is $24,491, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $163,300 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
