Hey everyone, I work in retail and Rent is about $1,281/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $339,800 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Looking forward to hearing from you all. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
