Is Livonia getting better or worse?

So, We have two kids and With a population of 94,058, Livonia is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Livonia? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much developing but now it's excellent.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is solid in most areas.
