Working remotely from Livonia

Random thought, Homes are going for about $265,300 on average. With a population of 94,058, Livonia is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
